The letter should make use of positive words which indicate that the candidate is in a healthy state of mind and confident. It gives an edge over other applicants as not many would consider writing a thank you letter. Start the paragraph with your introduction and tell them it was a good experience. Care should be taken that the letter is kept brief, genuine and do not add unnecessary details. Make use of positive words and try to sound genuine. Tell them that you are thankful to them for taking an interview and you’re looking forward to a positive response.
