Bank Statement Request Letter
Introduction:
A Bank Statement Request letter is written by a registered user of the bank to the bank so that she or he can receive a copy of the bank statement, popularly known as a statement of his/her accounts. Mostly statements are given on a monthly basis, often up to past three months of statements are available. However if one wishes to view his statements before the past three months, then they must put in a special request with the bank to access their statements from before.
In Bank Statement Request Letter mention your name, account name and account number as well to get access to this information. Although technology is very advanced today, so people have the option of viewing their statements online too. However, some people are not entirely connected to the Internet to view their bank statements online and may prefer a hard copy from the bank to keep track of their accounts.

Dear Sir / Madam,
RE: Bank Statement Request
I, James Anderson, am a loyal patron of First World Bank since YYYY. Having been a customer for ten years now, I am extremely happy with the services provided by your bank. However, for the first time, I did not receive my monthly bank account statement for the month of DD/MM/YYYY. I understand it can happen sometimes, so I am writing this letter in regard of that, to request for a bank statement on my accounts for some official purposes.
It would be appreciated if you could mail a copy of my bank statement to me before DD/MM/YYYY, on the following address- 8790 Third Street, SPRING CREEK QLD 434. I would like to have a copy of both, my savings and current accounts bank statements for the month of April to facilitate my needs.
My savings account number is SV9380298 while my current account number is CV39290183. It will be appreciated if your bank’s certification is on the statement copies to verify its authenticity. I would also be grateful if you could send a copy of my bank statement on my email as well. My ID is emailID@email.com. Please feel free to call me for verification on this request.
I would also like you to send in a reminder for renewing my debit card. It is due to expire in DD/MM/YYYY. Could you please assist me a relationship manager to look over the entire process of renewing and getting a new debit card for my account? It would be of great help.
Thank you for your prompt response.
Yours sincerely
James Anderson
